⚠️ IMPORTANT: ⚠️ AI RESTRICTIONS 🚫 The Client agrees that the photographs and media provided under this Agreement are licensed solely for traditional real estate marketing (e.g., MLS listings, social media property posts, and print flyers). The Client is strictly prohibited from using photos or media from PorchLight Photography LLC for (AI) video creation tools, machine learning models, or data scraping platforms. Unauthorized use of these images for AI video generation terminates this license immediately and constitutes copyright infringement.
